Bal Ashram was established in the year 1998, as a rehabilitation centre for children rescued from child labour, child slavery and child trafficking in Virat Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan.

The planned intervention is divided into three stages;
Stage 1
Meeting the critical needs of children including physical, emotional, social and medical if required.
Stage 2
Preparing individual holistic care plan after careful observation and assessing. Further engaging them in various stimulation educational and co-curricular activities.
Stage 3
Building and enhancing children's council and other leadership opportunities through Bal Panchayat- Children's Governance Council.
